terms & conditions

by placing an order with little shop of wonders, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions stated below. please ensure that you have read the terms & conditions in full.

little shop of wonders reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when appropriate.

all products have been chosen to comply with current european safety standards and bear the ce mark where appropriate.

the price given for each product is exclusive of delivery charges. prices and availability are subject to change without notice, although the price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction.

ordered products must be paid for in full prior to despatch. payment must be made with a debit/credit card via one of our two online payment credit agencies - nochex or google checkout. we cannot accept payment from outside the united kingdom.

the contract with little shop of wonders and the customer will come into affect when little shop of wonders accepts the customers order and receives payment. the goods will remain the property of little shop of wonders until the customer takes delivery of their goods.

working days are monday to friday and do not include bank holidays. if there is no one available to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left by the courier or the postman (please note that there will be a charge if you require your order to be re-delivered by business post).

we shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly. delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to little shop of wonders by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; act of god, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the damaged item/s to be replaced.

if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the order to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. the goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. the buyer is liable to pay return delivery costs. please obtain proof of posting on return as we are not able to make a refund where goods are lost in transit and no proof of postage is supplied on request. once the returned goods are received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

english law governs these terms & conditions and any contract arising between the customer and little shop of wonders.
